Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Because wheels, rims, and tires are highly specialized automotive safety equipment, our return policy ensures exact fitment and fairness for all drivers. Please review our guidelines carefully.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 calendar days of delivery. To qualify, items must be entirely brand new, unused, unmounted, and in their original packaging with all manufacturing labels, protective film, and structural center caps intact.
⚠️ Critical Fitment Rule: Once a tire is mounted onto a wheel, or a wheel is mounted onto a vehicle, it is considered used and is strictly non-returnable. Always hand-test wheels on your hub to check clearance before mounting tires.
2. Fees & Logistics
- Restocking Fee: All buyer-remorse returns (e.g., changed mind, wrong style, incorrect size selected) are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover warehouse verification and re-boxing.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return freight costs. Original shipping charges are completely non-refundable.
- Exclusions: Custom-built, custom-painted, or custom-drilled wheels are final sale and cannot be returned.
3. Damages & Defective Items
Inspect your delivery immediately. You must report transit damage or order discrepancies to our support team within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide high-resolution photos of the damage and packaging to secure a zero-cost replacement.
4. How to Return
- Contact us to request a mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Securely package your items using original protective rings and cardboard face-guards to prevent scratches.
- Affix our provided shipping labels and drop the packages off at the carrier.
Once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
