Standard, individual replacement tire orders, custom center caps, cleaning chemicals, and accessories are shipped directly using standard carrier parcel services.

To protect your investment and maintain coverage under our shipping insurance, please review these essential delivery policies.

Signature Required

Because we ship high-ticket custom products, all orders require a physical signature upon delivery. Drivers will not drop pallets or premium packages at doors without an adult present to sign the delivery manifest.

No PO Boxes / APO Address

Heavy freight shipping lines cannot route cargo directly to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. We must ship directly to verified commercial tire installer locations or physical residential addresses.

Ship-to-Installer Support

We encourage routing shipments directly to trusted, professional mounting shops. If selecting our ship-to-installer checkbox during checkout, please ensure you notify your installer before shipment.

How to Receive Heavy Freight

To ensure you are fully covered in the rare event of transit damage, complete this quick interactive checklist before the delivery driver leaves your location.

Step 1: Count Your Packages

Verify that the quantity of packages (or pallets) delivered matches the quantity stated on the carrier’s Delivery Receipt (DR) before signing.

Step 2: Inspect Wrap & Strapping

Check the heavy shrink wrap and security bands around the pallet. Ensure they have not been sliced open or re-taped during transport.

Step 3: Check Wheel Faces for Impact

Look closely between the gaps in the pallets and wrap. If you see deep gashes, exposed chrome, or bent rim borders, note it immediately on the driver’s slip.

Step 4: Note “Damaged” or Sign Cleared

If there is visual damage, write “Subject to Inspection – Damaged” clearly on the receipt. If pristine, sign standard. Take clear photos immediately of any issues.
